    How long does it take for a transaction to be complete?
    In most cases, CEDA transactions are completed within 15 minutes to 1 hour. This means that funds have been sent out and are ready for collection to be credited into the recipient's bank account or mobile wallet. The time it takes to receive funds will vary based on the country, the pay-in method, the payout method you choose, and other factors.
    Can I cancel transactions and I will not get debited for failed transactions?
    Yes! You can cancel transactions, and you will not be debited for failed transactions. However, for failed transactions where you get debited, your money will be fully refunded within 24 - 48 hours.
    How do I contact Ceda for support?
    You can also reach us via the Help link or support@cedamoney.com. We are always open, 24/7, to quickly resolve your queries. We respond to your requests within 15 mins - 5 hours maximum. If your queries are not resolved in five (5) hours, we will call you directly to get more information and address the problem.
    How does the Refer to Earn program work?
    For the referral commissions, you will receive 10% of the transaction fees of your referrals, provided they do not cancel the transaction. However, if a referral cancels a transaction, the associated earnings will be reversed. Note: Your earnings will be available for withdrawal at the end of each quater.
